A few days ago, an independent studio DRAMA released a (gameplay) trailer of Unrecord.
This is a new first-person single-player shooter in which you play the role of a police officer. What's interesting in this case is not so much the idea itself (we already have similar games, just like Ready or Not, which I highly recommend anyway), but rather the way it is realized.
The graphic is photorealistic, and watching the trailer, you can easily be confused and left with the impression that it's more like a video recording than actual gameplay from a game.
This is the reason many people believe (including myself, if I have to be honest) that this is more a scam than an actual game.
The other thing that immediately catches the eye is that the perspective is from a body camera, not as we're used to - through the eyes of the character we're playing from.
Most likely, this is why they added an effect where the camera "shakes" while the player moves, which I'm not sure will be comfortable for playing.
The game will be played with a mouse and keyboard, despite the initial impression that it will be played through a VR headset.
